"I have had the pleasure of working with Quentin over the past 8 years on the Victoria Project. Quentin completed the acid rock drainage and metal leaching assessment for the project, as well as developed the waste rock management plan for managing blasted rock from surface and underground development. These reports and the approach and methods used were well designed, thorough and were reviewed and accepted by Ministry of Northern Development and Mines in our closure plan submission without question.
